- 2 qt. cooked apple pulp
- 4 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon red hots
- 1/4 c. cider vinegar
Directions

1Make pulp by cooking apples and running through strainer or Foley mill.

2Mix all ingredients and cook until it thickens or desired consistency.

3Put in hot jars leaving 1 inch at top. Process in boiling water bath for 10 minutes.

4Test the seals.

5I make this in the crock-pot.
