  • 5 c. applesauce
  • 7 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. vinegar or lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Combine ingredients in a heavy pan.

    Bring to a boil on high heat; turn down and let boil 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Pour into sterilized jars; seal at once.
