- 4 large eggs, slightly beaten
- 1/2 cup light corn syrup
- 2 cups peeled and coarsely shredded tart apples
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup coarsely chopped macadamia nuts
- 1 2/3 cups NESTLE(R) TOLL HOUSE(R) Butterscotch Flavored Morsels
- 1 unbaked 9-inch pie shell (2-cup volume)
Directions

1PREHEAT oven to 375°F.

2COMBINE eggs, corn syrup, apple, butter, vanilla extract, salt and cinnamon in large bowl; mix well.

3Stir in nuts and morsels.

4Pour into pie shell.

5BAKE for 45 to 50 minutes or until edge is set but center still moves slightly.

6Cool on wire rack for 2 hours.

7Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate.
