- 1 1/2 Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplements
- 1 egg
- 1 slice diet bread, crumbled in blender
- 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. vanilla/butternut flavoring
- 2 pkg. Equal
- 1 apple, chopped
- 1 Tbsp. water (if needed)
Directions

1Mix the ingredients together and pour into a small aluminum loaf pan (3 1/2 x 6-inch) sprayed with Pam.

2Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

3Cool on a cake rack and top with apple spice icing, if desired.
