  • 1 1/2 Hi-Energy Vanilla Supplements
  • 1 egg
  • 1 slice diet bread, crumbled in blender
  • 1 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla/butternut flavoring
  • 2 pkg. Equal
  • 1 apple, chopped
  • 1 Tbsp. water (if needed)

Directions

    Mix the ingredients together and pour into a small aluminum loaf pan (3 1/2 x 6-inch) sprayed with Pam.

    Bake at 325° for 40 minutes.

    Cool on a cake rack and top with apple spice icing, if desired.
