  • 4 apples, peeled and grated
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs

  • 2 cups flour

  • 34 cup evaporated milk
  • 1 cup coconut
  • 1 cup pecan pieces
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
