  • 100 g softened unsalted butter, cubed
  • 12 cup brown sugar
  • 12 cup milk
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 3 apples
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 14 cup raisins
  • 14 teaspoon ground allspice
  • 14 teaspoon ground cloves
  • 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon honey

    Preheat oven to 350F.

    Add cider vinegar to milk.

    Peel and chop apples.

    Toss with lemon juice, raisins, spices, and honey.

    Sift flour, baking powder, and soda.
