  • 1/2 cup vegtable oil
  • 2 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 2 cup flour
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 cup chopped nuts, optional

Directions

    Preheat oven to 350F (325 for a glass baking dish)

    Mix together in a large bowl.

    Pour into a 13x9 inch baking dish and bake for 50-60 min.

    ICING: Beat 8 oz of softned cream cheese with 1/2 cup of butter and 1 tsp vanilla.

    Add icing sugar to desired taste.

    Make about 1 1/2 cups.
