  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3 c. finely chopped apples
  • 1/2 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Mix well the sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla.

    Add flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.

    Mix well.

    Stir in chopped apples and chopped nuts.

    Pour in greased and floured cake pan or tube pan. Bake at 325° for 1 1/2 hours.
