- 2 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 2 eggs
Directions

1Mix apples, sugar and soda; set aside. Mix butter into flour mixture. Add eggs into apple mixture. Mix all ingredients together. Bake in 350° oven for 45 to 50 minutes in a greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
