  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. salad oil
  • 3 c. diced apples
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 1/2 c. flour
  • 2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 3/4 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 (6 oz.) pkg. butterscotch chips

Directions

    Mix sugar, eggs and oil.

    Sift dry ingredients and add a little at a time to sugar mixture, alternating with nuts and apples.

    Pour into greased stem or Bundt pan.

    Sprinkle the butterscotch chips over the top and bake at 325° for 1 hour.
