  • 2 c. enriched flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 4 c. diced apples
  • 1 c. nuts (optional)

    Cream first 3 ingredients with mixer.

    Cream remaining ingredients by hand.

    Bake in a 9 x 13-inch greased and floured pan for 30 minutes or until done at 350°.
