- 1 pound Lean Ground Beef
- 1 package (about 1 Oz. Packet) Taco Seasoning
- 3 cups Short Cut Pasta, Uncooked
- 3/4 cups Hot Water
- 2 cans (10 Oz. Size) Enchilada Sauce
- 2 cups Milk
- 1- 1/2 cup Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
Directions

1In a large skillet, break apart the ground beef and brown until fully cooked.

2Mix in the taco seasoning.

3Add the dried pasta, water, enchilada sauce, and milk.

4Stir until well combined.

5Bring to a boil, then cover and reduce to a simmer.

6Cook for 910 minutes.

7Remove the cover, and stir in the cheese.

8Let stand for 5 minutes before serving.
