  • butter pecan cake mix (dry)
  • 2 cans sliced apples with juice
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • cinnamon
  • vanilla
  • 1 stick butter or margarine (frozen)
  • 1/2 c. pecan pieces

Directions

    Place apples with juice in 13 x 9 x 2 pan. Sprinkle with sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Spread dry cake mix evenly over apples. Grate frozen butter evenly over top of cake mix. Sprinkle pecans on top. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes.
