  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 c. chopped apples
  • 3 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1 c. chopped dates
  • 1 c. nuts
  • 2 c. chopped apples
  • 2 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Cream the sugar, oil, eggs and 1 cup apples.

    Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.

    Add the dates, nuts, 2 cups chopped apples and vanilla.

    Place in ungreased pan. Bake at 325° for 1 hour and 10 to 15 minutes.
