Ingredients: 2 c. coconut; 1 c. chopped pecans; 3 c. fresh apples, peeled and cored; 2 c. sugar; 3 c. plain flour; 1 tsp. baking soda; 1 tsp. vanilla; 3 tsp. cinnamon; 3 eggs; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1 stick butter, melted; 1/2 c. vegetable oil

3 c. plain flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. salt
1 stick butter, melted
1/2 c. vegetable oil

Directions

Cream sugar and oil, add eggs, flour and remaining ingredients. Add apples and nuts last. Bake in a greased bundt pan at 325° for 1 1/2 hours. To glaze mix 1 cup brown sugar, 1 stick margarine and 1/4 cup milk, cook until it bubbles and pour over cake.
