  • 1 Apple
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 3 shakes Cinnamon powder

Directions

    Dice the apple and put into a saucepan (a rough dice is fine)

    Add the rest of the ingredients, and mix with a wooden spatula.

    Simmer over a low to medium heat, mixing from time to time.

    When the moisture has evaporated and the apple has become translucent, turn off the heat and lightly mix.

    Done.

    Add to pound cake batter.
