- 2 qt. chopped apples
- 4 c. brown sugar
- 2 qt. vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 sweet red peppers
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1 pod hot pepper
- 2 lb. seeded raisins
- 2 Tbsp. white mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp. black mustard seed
- 2 Tbsp. ginger
Directions

1Cook apples, sugar, vinegar, garlic, onion and peppers together until sauce is formed.

2Add raisins and spices; simmer 30 minutes.

3Let stand overnight. Heat to boiling.

4Pour into hot jars and seal at once.
