Apple Cinnamon Rolls

- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 (8 oz.) can refrigerated crescent rolls
- 2 large apples, peeled, cored and cut each apple into 8 wedges
- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
- 1/4 c. orange juice or water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 400°.

2In small bowl, mix cinnamon and sugar. Unroll crescent rolls and separate into 8 triangles.

3Cut each in half lengthwise to make 16 triangular strips.

4Place apple wedge on wide end of each strip; roll up.

5Arrange rolls in 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

6Drizzle with melted butter.

7Sprinkle with cinnamon/sugar mixture.

8Pour orange juice or water into dish but not over rolls.

9Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until golden brown and apples are tender.
