- 2 tablespoons water
- 13 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 14 cup milk
Directions

1Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

2Put apples in a greased 9x9 pan.

3Sprinkle with water, 1/3 c sugar, and cinnamon.

4Bake for 20 minutes.

5Stir remaining ingredients to make a soft dough.

6Gently smooth into a ball on a floured surface, knead 8-10 times.

7Roll dough out to place over apples in pan.

8Cut small slits in dough and bake 20-25 minutes.
