  • 4 -6 small apples, cut in wedges, skin taken off
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 13 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 cup Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon butter, melted
  • 14 cup milk

    Preheat oven to 425 degrees.

    Put apples in a greased 9x9 pan.

    Sprinkle with water, 1/3 c sugar, and cinnamon.

    Bake for 20 minutes.

    Stir remaining ingredients to make a soft dough.

    Gently smooth into a ball on a floured surface, knead 8-10 times.

    Roll dough out to place over apples in pan.

    Cut small slits in dough and bake 20-25 minutes.
