  • 1 cup soymilk
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree or 1/2 cup fresh pumpkin, I guess
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup

Directions

    Break the banana into chunks, and place in blender or food processor with remaining ingredients.
