- 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree or 1/2 cup fresh pumpkin, I guess
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 tablespoon maple syrup
Directions

1Break the banana into chunks, and place in blender or food processor with remaining ingredients.
