  • 1 1/2 cups vegetable oil
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 3 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
  • 3 cups flour, all-purpose plain
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 cup pecans chopped
  • 3 cups apples peeled, chopped

Directions

    Blend together oil, sugar, eggs and vanilla.

    Sift together the flour, salt and soda and mix with sugar mixture.

    Fold in pecans and apples.

    Pour into a well greased and floured Bundt pan and bake one hour in preheated 350F (180C).
