- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 1/4 c. Sugar
- 1 x Egg
- 1 tsp Vanilla
- 1/2 c. Bisquick
- 1 Tbsp. Margarine
- 1/2 c. Shredded coconut
- 1/2 c. Sugar
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350.

2Slice peeled apples into a shallow 8 inch baking dish.

3Sprinkle with the 1/4 c. sugar and cinnamon combined.

4Place in warm oven.

5Meanwhile beat egg, add in sugar, then vanilla.

6Stir in Bisquick, then melted marg and coconut.

7Spread over warm apples and bake 25-30 min till apples are tender and topping is nicely browned.

8I double this recipe.
