  • 1 box yellow cake mix
  • 1 box instant vanilla pudding
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 c. sour cream
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 4 apples, sliced thin
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 3 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 c. chopped walnuts

Directions

    Mix together the first 5 items and then add apples.

    Pour 1/2 batter into well-greased 9 x 12-inch pan.

    Sprinkle half of the cinnamon mixture on top.
  4. 4
    Pour rest of batter over cinnamon and top with rest of cinnamon mixture.

    Bake at 350° for 1 hour.
