  • 1 (8 oz.) box cornbread mix
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/3 c. milk
  • 2 medium tart apples (like Granny Smith)
  • 2 stalks celery, diced
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 1 c. pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 1/4 c. giblet or chicken broth
  • 1/4 c. melted butter
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
