Ingredients: 1 (8 oz.) box cornbread mix; 2 eggs; 1/3 c. milk; 2 medium tart apples (like Granny Smith); 2 stalks celery, diced; 1 small onion, finely chopped; 1 c. pecans, toasted and chopped; 1/4 c. giblet or chicken broth; 1/4 c. melted butter; 1/2 tsp. salt; 1/4 tsp. poultry seasoning; 1/4 tsp. pepper
