Apple Cream Pie

Ingredients
- 2 to 3 eggs, beaten
- 1 Tbsp. rounded flour
- 2 Tbsp. rounded cornstarch
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 Tbsp. softened butter or oleo
- 1 c. milk
Directions

1Peel and slice 6 to 8 medium apples.

2Place in unbaked pie shell.

3Make custard.

4To beaten eggs, add mixture of flour, cornstarch, sugar and butter.

5Then add milk and stir well.

6Pour mixture over sliced apples.

7Sprinkle mixture of sugar and cinnamon (to taste) over top of pie.

8Place foil over pie and bake at 425° for 15 minutes.

9Remove foil and lower heat to 350° and continue baking 45 minutes or until custard is set.

10Make sure pie is baked until custard is completely set.

11May take longer than 45 minutes.
