- 3 1/8 cups apple cider natural
- 1 cup sugar
- 4 apples large, peeled and chopped
- 6 egg yolks
Directions

1Place the apple cider and sugar into a pot and bring to a boil.

2In a blender, add the apples and some of the cider. Blend.

3Add the apples back into the cider mixture in the pot. Cook the apples down into a jam-like consistency by boiling for another 10 to 15 minutes.

4Remove the pot from the heat and add the egg yolks at once, whisking the entire time.

5Cool and serve in individual containers.
