  • 6 Tbsp. brown sugar
  • 6 Tbsp. quick oats
  • 4 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp. ground nutmeg
  • 4 Tbsp. butter or margarine
  • 4 to 5 apples, cored and sliced

Directions

    Combine the first 5 ingredients in a bowl.

    Cut in the butter with a knife.

    Arrange apple slices in a Pam-sprayed pie plate. Sprinkle above mixture over.

    Bake at 350° for 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with Cool Whip or ice cream.

    Rhubarb, peaches or bananas may be substituted for the apples.
