- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. melted butter
- 6 c. sliced apples (mixed in lemon juice and cinnamon)
Directions

1Prepare apples at least 2 hours before baking.

2Lay prepared drained apples in pie dish.

3Combine first 3 ingredients in separate bowl; add beaten egg to form crumbs (if it doesn't crumb add another egg).

4Top apples with crumbs and drizzle butter on top.

5Bake 40 minutes at 350°.
