  • 4 c. sliced apples
  • 5 Tbsp. soft diet margarine
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3/4 c. flour

Directions

    Fill bottom of an 8 x 8-inch baking dish with apples.

    Cover with water and cinnamon.

    Combine sugar, flour and margarine until crumbly.

    Top apples with flour mixture and bake at 350° for about 20 minutes.

    Serve hot with milk or lite Cool Whip.

    This recipe can also be used with sliced peaches.
