  • 4 c. apples (tart), sliced and peeled (7 to 8 medium)
  • 1 c. brown sugar (light)
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 Tbsp. orange juice
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • salt
  • 4 Tbsp. butter
