- 8 Tbsp. butter or low-fat margarine
- 1 c. self-rising flour
- 1 c. milk
- 1 c. sugar
- 2 c. sliced fresh fruit
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2While oven is heating, place butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan. Put in oven to melt.

3Mix flour, milk and sugar in medium size bowl. Remove pan from oven and pour mixture over butter.

4Distribute fruit and juices over mixture.

5Put in oven for 30 to 35 minutes until brown.
