- 2 qt. canned apple slices
- 1 1/8 c. reserved apple liquid
- 3 heaping tsp. cinnamon
- 1 3/4 c. sugar
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 1 3/8 c. oleo, melted
Directions

1Drain apples, reserving liquid.

2Place apples into a 9 x 12-inch baking dish.

3Sprinkle with mixture of cinnamon and 3/4 cup sugar.

4Pour 1 1/8 cups reserved liquid over top.

5In a bowl, sift remaining 1 cup sugar with flour.

6Thoroughly mix in the melted oleo.

7Spread over apples.

8Bake at 375° for 40 to 45 minutes, until golden brown on top.
