Ingredients

  • 12 or so apples, cored and peeled
  • 3/4 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon (or to taste)
  • 1 c. Bisquick or Jiffy
  • 1 c. white sugar
  • 1 c. quick or old-fashioned oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1 stick of margarine

    In 9 x 13-inch pan, cut up apples.

    Cover with brown sugar and cinnamon which have been combined.

    Combine in a bowl the Bisquick, white sugar and oats.

    Cut into this one egg.

    Put this mixture on top of the apples.

    Slice 1 stick of margarine over the top.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes or until sides are bubbly.
