- 6 c. peeled sliced apples
- 1/2 c. firmly packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 c. quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
- 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 stick butter
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Combine sugar, oats, flour and cinnamon.

3Cut in butter until mixture is crumbly.

4Arrange half of the apple slices in buttered 8-inch square dish.

5Sprinkle half the sugar mixture over the apples.

6Top with remaining apples and the rest of the sugar mixture.

7Bake 30 to 40 minutes or until apples are tender.
