  • FOR THE APPLES:
  • 8 Apples (medium Size)
  • 1 Tablespoon Flour
  • 1 Tablespoon Sugar
  • FOR THE CRUMBLE:
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1-1/2 cup Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Granulated Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder
  • 5-1/2 ounces, weight Butter, Cubed And Softened

    Preheat the oven to 300°F.

    For the apples: Peel and core the apples and then slice each one into about 16 wedges. Mix the apples with sugar and flour, set aside.

    For the crumble: Mix the flour, oatmeal, granulated sugar and cinnamon powder. Add the butter, using a fork to mix it gently until becomes crumble consistency.

    Put the sliced apples into an oven proof dish and top it with the crumble mixture. Bake it until golden brown, about 45 to 60 minutes.
