  • 800g can pie apples
  • 1/4 cup sultanas
  • 2 tablespoons caster sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 125g NABISCO* Chips Ahoy! Cookies, crushed
  • 50g butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded coconut
  • 1/4 cup flour

Directions

    Combine apples, sultanas, sugar, cinnamon and nutmeg and spoon into a greased 2 litre baking dish.

    Combine cookie crumbs, butter, coconut and flour and sprinkle over apples.

    Bake at 180C for 20 minutes or until golden and crunchy on top, then serve.
