- 5 large apples
- 1 c. light brown sugar
- 1 c. margarine
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Remove apple cores.

2Slice apples thin and place into an ungreased 9 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.

3Sprinkle cinnamon over the apples.

4Combine the margarine, sugar and flour in a bowl and mix well. Pour the mixture over the apples by hand.

5Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are soft at 375°.

6Serve hot or cold. Spoon cake out and serve with vanilla ice cream.
