  • 2 c. milk
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 2 pie shells
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 2 c. apples, cooked and mashed

Directions

    Scald

    milk with margarine.

    Beat together eggs, sugar, cornstarch and vanilla and add to milk and margarine mixture. To this, add apples.

    Pour into 2 pie shells. Bake for 1 hour or until firm at 350°.
