Ingredients
- 6 slices bacon
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 - 4 oz. can mushrooms, drained
- 1 - 10.75 oz. can cream of celery soup
- 1 c. sour cream
- 3 c. cut up cooked turkey, chicken, or ham
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Heat oven to 350 degrees.

2Grease a two quart round casserole.

3Fry bacon in a ten inch skillet until crisp; remove from skillet and crumble.

4Cook and stir onion, celery, green pepper, and mushrooms in bacon fat until tender.

5Drain if necessary.

6Stir in sour cream, cut up cooked meat, salt, pepper, and bacon.

7Heat until bubbly and spread in casserole dish.

8Mix Casserole Topping.

9Spread over mixture.

10Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes, until golden brown.
