  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 3 c. chopped raw apples
  • 3 c. cake flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

    Beat sugar, oil and eggs well; add flour and beat well.

    Add nuts, vanilla and apples.

    Pour into a greased pan and bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 325°.
