  • 1/2 c. oil
  • 2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. soda
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 c. diced apples
  • 1 c. chopped nuts

Directions

    Beat well 3 eggs; add sugar.

    Add oil and blend.

    Add flour, soda, salt, cinnamon and nutmeg.

    Fold in the apples and nuts. Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes. Serve warm.
