- 3 c. flour
- 3/4 c. Crisco
- 8 to 9 Tbsp. cold water
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 8 to 10 small to medium tart apples
- 2 tsp. sugar per each apple
- cinnamon
- pat of margarine
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 1/2 c. sugar
- 2 c. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Directions

1Crust:

2Cut Crisco into flour; add cold water and vinegar. Divide in half and roll out; cut into fourths.

3Peel and slice apple onto each piece; sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over top.

4Add pat of butter.

5Fold up and pinch together.

6Place in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

7In a pan (or bowl for microwave) melt together next 4 ingredients and pour over top.

8Bake in a 400° oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
