- 4 large apples
- butter
- sugar
- cinnamon
Directions

1Roll 1/4 of the dough at a time into a circle and spread with melted butter.

2Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

3Place a peeled, cored apple in the center of the pastry and fill up hole with sugar, cinnamon and a dab of butter.

4Fold up pastry around apple and prick with a fork.

5Place on cookie sheet.

6Bake at 425° for 30 minutes.
