Crockpot Chicken Fajitas

  • 1 whole Yellow Onion
  • 1 whole Yellow Pepper
  • 1 whole Red Pepper
  • 1 whole Green Pepper
  • 2 pounds Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts, Sliced
  • 1/2 cups Chicken Broth
  • 2 Tablespoons Chili Powder
  • 2 Tablespoons Ground Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 whole Lime, Juiced
  • 1 package Flour Tortillas (any Size, 8-10 Count)
  • 2 cups Cheddar Cheese, Shredded
  • 1/2 cups Shredded Lettuce
  • 1 whole Tomato, Chopped
  • 1 cup Guacamole

Directions

    Slice onion and peppers into half circle slices.

    Layer in crockpot with the sliced chicken on top.

    Add chicken stock or broth and seasonings.

    Squirt lime juice over chicken.

    Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
