  • Cinnamon
  • Butter
  • Pastry:
  • 2 1/4 cup sifted flour
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup shortening
  • 7 - 8 tablespoons ice water
  • Syrup:
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cups water
