- 1- 12 oz. can apple pie filling
- 6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
- 1 t. ground cinnamon
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. white sugar
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2Spoon fruit evenly onto all tortillas, sprinkle with cinnamon.

3Roll up tortillas and place seam side down on lightly greased 8x8 baking pan.

4Bring butter, sugars and water to boil in a med. saucepan.

5Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for 3 min.

6Pour sauce evenly over tortillas; sprinkle with extra cinnamon on top if desired.

7Bake in preheated oven for 20 min.

8Makes 6 large tortillas; may be cut in half to serve 12.
