- 21 oz. apple pie filling
- 6 - 8 inch flour tortillas
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/3 c. butter
- 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
Directions

1Spoon fruit filling evenly down the center of each tortilla. Sprinkle evenly with cinnamon.

2Roll up and place seam side down in a lightly greased pan.

3Bring butter, sugar, brown sugar and water to a boil, in a medium saucepan.

4Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for three minutes.

5Pour over enchiladas.

6Let stand for 30 minutes.

7Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
