- 6-8 cooking apples, any size or type
- 3/4 to 1 c. sugar
- 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 2 cans biscuit dough
- melted butter
Directions

1Peel apples. Combine apples, sugar and cinnamon together. Cook over medium heat until cooked down.

2Remove from heat. Separate biscuit dough. Roll each biscuit flat.

3Put 2-3 Tbsp. full of cooked apples in the middle of each biscuit. Fold biscuit over and seal by pressing the edges with the back of a fork. Place on a cookie sheet and brush with melted butter. Bake at 350° for about 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.

4Be careful that the edges don't burn because they are thinner than the rest.
