- 4 x Apples
- 1 tsp Baking pwdr
- 2 x Large eggs
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
- 1 tsp Oil
- 1 c. Flour -- sifted
Directions

1Prepare Fritter batter (to bind fruit or possibly Veggies) Beat Large eggs, stir in lowfat milk.

2Sift together flour, baking pwdr, and salt; add in to Large eggs and lowfat milk.

3Add in the oil and mix well.

4Cut up Fruit or possibly veggies and dip in batter.

5Drop into warm deep oil and fry till brown.

6Drain and serve warm with syrup (or possibly gravy for veggies) Batter can be used for many things, Can add in a c. of corn to make corn fritters.

7Bananas, cut in half and dip in batter and fry.

8Use for onion rings also.

9Can sprinkle Fruit Fritter with Powdered sugar.

10French Fried Bread, just dip bread and fry.
