  • 4 x Apples
  • 1 tsp Baking pwdr
  • 2 x Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 c. Lowfat milk
  • 1 tsp Oil
  • 1 c. Flour -- sifted

Directions

    Prepare Fritter batter (to bind fruit or possibly Veggies) Beat Large eggs, stir in lowfat milk.

    Sift together flour, baking pwdr, and salt; add in to Large eggs and lowfat milk.

    Add in the oil and mix well.

    Cut up Fruit or possibly veggies and dip in batter.

    Drop into warm deep oil and fry till brown.

    Drain and serve warm with syrup (or possibly gravy for veggies) Batter can be used for many things, Can add in a c. of corn to make corn fritters.

    Bananas, cut in half and dip in batter and fry.

    Use for onion rings also.

    Can sprinkle Fruit Fritter with Powdered sugar.

    French Fried Bread, just dip bread and fry.
