  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 can apple pie filling

    Put apple pie filling on bottom of 8-inch square cake pan. Mix remaining ingredients.

    Spread mixture over top of pie filling. Sprinkle lightly with cinnamon.

    Bake at 400° for 25 minutes.
